Here you will find all the rules you need to know about the mental health PSA contest! To participate everyone will need to fill out a release form here. This release form will need to be printed out, signed, and uploaded via the Google form. To submit your PSA and release form, please click here.
Guidelines and Rules 1. PSA can be recorded using a phone or any other camera. If you use a cell phone, please be sure to record the video horizontally. The PSA can be edited using any video editing software of choice (numerous free options available online). 2. If music is included in the PSA, it must be royalty-free. 3. Students may enter on their own, or as a team with no more than three members. 4. PSA must be accurate, using reliable resources to find your information for the PSA. You must provide a resource list to show where you found your information when the PSA is submitted. 5. No profanity or nudity of any kind. No content that advocates for or supports racial, cultural, religious, or gender bias. 6. Participants must sign a release form. Participants under 18 must have a parent/guardian signature. 7. Final PSA entries are to be submitted via Google Form. This can be found by scanning the QR code below. 8. The top three PSAs will be aired on WBIR-TV, Channel 10, for the public to view, and vote for the winner. |
Prizes No. 1 PSA: • Student will win a prize valued at $300 (or cash equivalent if entered as a team). • PSA will air during news programming on WBIR-TV, and will be featured on the WBIR Facebook page. • Please note only one winning team or individual will be chosen for first place. All individuals and teams are eligible, regardless of county of residence. No. 2 PSA • Student will win a prize valued at $200 (or cash equivalent if entered as a team). • One winner will be chosen from Knox County, and another chosen from surrounding counties. No. 3 PSA • Student will win a prize valued at $100 (or cash equivalent if entered as a team). • One winner will be chosen from Knox County, and another chosen from surrounding counties. |

Getting routine shots from your doctor is never fun, but getting HPV is worse.
Protect yourself by getting vaccinated. The HPV Vaccine is cancer prevention. Ask your doctor about what you can do to stay safe, or call 865-215-5000 to schedule a vaccination appointment at the Health Department.
